Shingon Buddhism is an esoteric/密教 practice which aims for 'individual enlightenment'. Our practice follows Buddha's teachings and is guided by Rev. Saito.
Founded by the well-travelled monk, Kukai, Shingon Buddhism traditionally revolves around mandalas (diagrams), mudras (hand gestures) and mantra recitation. The practice demands repetition, deep patience and purposeful suffering towards enlightenment.
